Since its foundation, the Stand Up Cooperative, composed of 12 members and 24 employees is active in the field of the promotion, the education and the defence of citizens’, women’s and youth rights. The cooperative promotes participation, considered to be an indispensable tool for the protection of individual and collective rights.

Stand Up is active in the suburbs of Rome, working particularly on access to housing and work, as well as the reception and integration of migrants. The cooperative works in partnership with local institutions and residents in order to identify concerted solutions to guarantee the social rights of the disadvantaged.

OUR ROLE IN THIS PROJECT

1. Stand Up is committed to actively support the coordination of the project. In case of failure of the coordinating partner, Stand Up will ensure the coordination of the project.
2. The Cooperative will participate actively in the entire program: in international and national activities. It will assume the duties assigned to the Cooperative at the first meeting.
3. The Cooperative will organise an international meeting on its territory.
4. The Cooperative will also take an active part in all « products » that will be realized during this educational partnership: new explanatory flyer – promotional video – new website.
